Terms & Conditions

By booking everyone who attends XLsushi cooking class agrees that:

1. Payments are to be made in full, online, when booking classes, by debit or credit card.

2. Should you need to cancel a reservation for this class, you will receive a full refund for any cancellation made 14 days before the class date. If a reservation is cancelled within 14 full days of a class, we are unable to offer a refund or transfer for any reason, including illness.

3. To cancel a class, you must notify us via email at xlsuhii@gmail.com, even if you have informed us via phone call.

4. Reservations are fully transferable and if you are unable to attend a class someone else may attend in your place without notice.

5. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop dates and in this case, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible of the rescheduled date. All attendees will be notified and will be able to transfer onto another course, or receive a full refund if cancelling the booking under these circumstances.

6. By agreeing to these terms you consent to being photographed and filmed during the class. These images are therefore owned by XLsushi to be used for marketing purposes.

Food allergies

Ingredients may have been manufactured on shared equipment with wheat, dairy, fish, eggs, nuts, soy ad shellfish and other allergens. You must notify the XLsushi of any allergies or dietary restrictions upon the purchase of a ticket.

Health and Safety

1.You will follow all hygiene and safety procedures that we inform you about. you acknowledge, however, that whilst we will suggest health and safety measures, it is impossible for us to safeguard your health and safety at all times in class and you are ultimately responsible for your own health and safety.

2. Following your class, you will follow all our instructions for the preparation, transporting, storage, reheating, cooking and consumption of meal.

3. Only paying guests will be permitted to be in the cookery school.

During Classes

We will provide the ingredients, utensils, knives, equipment and aprons for all classes. Soft drinks will be provided during the class.

Parties and Events

When you book a party or event you are securing that date, and time, to hold your event which is then no longer available to our other customers. A £100 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event and time, with the remaining balance paid 10 days before the event date. If you cancel a private event 4 weeks or more prior to the event, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel your event 2 week or more prior to the event, you will receive a refund of half of your deposit. Any cancellation less then 2 weeks prior to your event and your deposit is non-refundable. When a refund is granted, monies will be refunded within 30 days of the request.
